WHO IS TONY FRANK…
I've spent more than 30 years learning about leadership the hard way — by doing it.
I'm a former SAS officer, leadership practitioner, facilitator and lifelong student of what makes people and organisations perform at their best.
I've led and worked with people in demanding environments around the world, and I've learned as much from getting things wrong as I have from getting them right.
I've also walked the length of New Zealand for charity — because I reckon leadership, like life, is best understood by getting out there and doing it.
12D is the culmination of that experience.
