Our journey has begun and I look forward to sharing your successes with you as you make your way through the incredible 12D journey. I intend to make regular updates to my blog to keep you informed and updated.

You know, our current leadership is a bit like a pane of glass. It doesn’t take much imagination to think about how clear or how opaque our window is TODAY. So, we have our view onto the world, and the world looks back at us through the same window, warts and all.

How successful our leadership and life are, depends very much on how clear the glass is. What is ingrained into the glass is CRAP. Continually Repeated Antiquated Procedures that we carry as a burden. the aim of 12D is to remove the CRAP and to help you make your leadership window crystal clear.

When I walked New Zealand for charity four years ago, it took six months of training, one bout of Covid, and 81 days to complete the walk from Cape Reinga to Stirling Point at Bluff. Every day I said to myself, “Step by step, K by K, Day by Day, everything is going to be AOK”. This is what 12D is all about. Taking it step by step. Not rushing. Letting the thoughts you will develop slowly wash away the CRAP on your window into the world.
