LET’S BE FRANK 12D PROVIDES THE STRUCTURE ON WHICH TO BUILD THE BODY OF YOUR LEADERSHIP

I know what it’s like when you start out. You don’t have a lot of reference points. But this will build as you move ahead. What you do need is a framework to hang your leadership lessons learnt to, and 12D provides this. A bit like in the picture I’m posting today. Give everything structure or it will simply be meaningless mush.
